Performance Analysis
On the Performance (New) page, you can view your campaign data and analyze the results.
Reports are updated daily between 2 AM – 3 AM (KST).
1. Setting the Date Range
Select the desired date range from the top right corner. By default, the date range is set to the last 14 days.
Maximum data retrieval period by report type:
•
By Period, Content, and Device: Up to 365 days
•
By Media Type and Site: Up to 93 days
2. Selecting Campaigns to View
You can choose to view all campaigns or select specific campaigns. Multiple campaigns can be selected at once. By default, all campaigns are included.
Campaign Status:
•
View All Campaigns: Displays data for all campaigns, regardless of status.
•
View Active Campaigns Only: Displays data only for campaigns that are active at the time of viewing.
Criteria for Inactive Campaigns:
•
Campaigns that have been manually disabled
•
Campaigns that have ended due to the set duration expiring
•
Campaigns that have stopped due to budget depletion
3. Viewing the Graph
The selected data is displayed as a line graph, allowing you to track daily trends and analyze correlations between different metrics.
How to Customize the Graph:
•
Click the box next to each data type to select which lines appear on the graph. White circles indicate data that is not displayed.
•
Use the dropdown menu to choose the data types to be displayed.
•
You can select up to three primary metrics at once (excluding conversion metrics).
•
If conversion tracking is enabled, conversion metrics will be available, and all tracked actions can be viewed simultaneously.
•
Hover over the graph to see detailed data for each date.
4. Check Performance Data
You can review campaign performance based on the following criteria.
Except for placements, all data can be viewed for the entire selected period, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly.
•
Period: View data by period.
- You can also view data by campaign or content.
- Click the "View by Campaign" or "View by Content" toggle. If both toggles are selected, you can drill down into content performance within each campaign.
•
Media: View data for each site in the Dable network.
- Media data is provided only as aggregated values for the selected period.
•
Content: View data for each displayed content.
- Use the Content Filter feature to view specific content. Click "Content Filter" in the top right corner and enter a content title or content ID. You can also use the dropdown menu next to the input field to filter active or inactive content.
- Inactive Content Criteria: Content awaiting approval or rejected content, content not associated with any campaign, content belonging to inactive campaigns, content belonging to campaigns with expired durations, content belonging to campaigns with exhausted budgets, deleted content, unidentified content.

Device: View data by device type.
•
Media type: Retrieve data by media company type in the Dable Media.
You can select the number of rows to display at once. Click the dropdown at the bottom of the table to choose the number of rows to display.

5. Create Custom Statistics Table and Extract Data
You can easily retrieve the data you want using the 'Table Settings' feature. Click 'Table Settings' at the top right and select the data you wish to display.
•
By clicking 'Download,' you can download the table displayed on the screen in Excel or CSV format.
•
The conversion column is set by default to key conversions (Stage 3, High). If necessary, please reset it in the table.
- Key conversions consist of the most important Stage 3 metrics for four conversion categories (Standard, Commerce, Custom, App (coming soon)). The metrics include a total of 6: potential customers, sign-ups and user information collection, checkout, purchase, Event2, Event1, and app installations.
