This guide outlines the creative requirements for displaying ads on Kakao inventory within the Dable network. In addition to complying with Dable’s standard creative guidelines, ads must meet the additional criteria below to be eligible for delivery on Kakao placements. Please review the following information in advance to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Common Guidelines
Advertiser Name
1.
The advertiser name must be information that clearly identifies the actual advertiser, such as the website name shown on the landing page, the company name displayed in the site footer, or an officially registered brand name. Names containing promotional modifiers or unnecessary wording will not be approved.
a.
Examples: Dable (Approved), Dable_AD (Rejected), Dable_Native Advertising Platform (Rejected)
Ad Images
1.
Images that imply or emphasize effectiveness through before-and-after comparisons are not permitted.
2.
Images that may be perceived as sexually suggestive due to excessive exposure of specific body parts are not allowed. Regardless of industry or product type, images that primarily highlight body exposure itself will be rejected.
3.
Excessive visual effects or editing techniques designed to emphasize specific body parts or physical features are not permitted.
Ad Title
1.
The ad title must not be identical to the advertiser name.
2.
Special characters and Chinese characters are not allowed in ad titles. If special characters are necessary to convey meaning, only characters that can be typed using a standard keyboard may be used, and repetitive use of such characters is not permitted.
3.
Ad titles must not mislead users or convey false or deceptive information. The following types of expressions are not allowed:
a.
Content containing false information that may cause social confusion
b.
Content that omits key information or highlights only partial facts in a way that may mislead users
c.
Content presented in a way that may be mistaken for real events or factual news
d.
Cases where the ad disclosure does not match the actual content
e.
Use of superlative expressions (e.g., best, largest, lowest) without objective supporting evidence
Landing Page
1.
The landing page footer must clearly display information that identifies the actual advertiser, such as the company name, business registration details, or brand name.
2.
If the landing page is hosted on a third-party platform (e.g., Naver, Tistory), a disclosure statement clearly identifying the advertiser must be included.

Example: This content is produced and provided by OOO (Advertiser).
Industry-Specific Guidelines
Cosmetics
1.
Expressions that may cause cosmetics to be misinterpreted as having medical procedures or pharmaceutical effects are not permitted.
a.
Examples: “Wrinkle removal”, “Blemish elimination”, etc.
Events
1.
Expressions such as “free” or “fully funded” are not permitted in ad creatives.
a.
Examples: “Free”, “Fully funded”, “0 cost”, “No charge”, “Complimentary”, “100% guaranteed”, “Prize”, “Gift”, etc.
2.
Mandatory disclosure statements in ad creatives must clearly indicate whether any out-of-pocket costs apply.
Games
1.
The game must have a rating classification that can be verified through the Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC).
2.
For games subject to mandatory disclosure of probabilistic items, the phrase “Includes probabilistic items” must be clearly stated within the ad creative.
Health Functional Foods
1.
Expressions that may cause products to be misinterpreted as having pharmaceutical effects or medical efficacy are not permitted.
2.
For advertisements related to special nutritional foods or foods for special medical purposes, prior review certification documents issued by relevant review authorities — such as the Korea Food Industry Association (KFIA) — must be submitted.
Insurance
1.
Ad images must display a valid advertising review approval number issued by either the Korea Life Insurance Association (KLIA) or the General Insurance Association of Korea (GIAK).
Job Placement Services
1.
Either a Paid Job Placement Business Registration Certificate or a Free Job Placement Business Registration Certificate must be submitted.
Mail-Order / E-commerce Business
1.
A Mail-Order Business Registration Certificate must be submitted.
Marriage Brokerage Services
1.
Either a Domestic Marriage Brokerage Business Registration Certificate or an International Marriage Brokerage Business Registration Certificate must be submitted.
Medical Devices
1.
Ad images must include a valid review approval number or official review mark issued through an authorized self-regulatory body, such as the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association (KMDIA) or the Korean Medical Devices Association (KMDA).
