We had a system failure on conversion data logging from 17:35 on January 31, 2023 (GMT+9) to 17:40 on February 1, 2023 (GMT+9).
The issue has been fixed and the logging monitoring system has been supplemented to prevent a recurrence. Logging system has been working normally since 17:40, February 1.
This failure only affected the reporting data and did not affect the process of user DB submission flow or purchase in advertiserโs landing page.
However, due to this error, the conversion report in Dable Marketing Dashboard from 1/31 to 2/1 may appear to be less than the actual conversion count.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will do our best to provide a more stable service.
