Notice for Termination of Service in Indonesia
Due to the global economic crisis, Dable has decided to end its services in Indonesia as of February 17th, 2023.
By the end of January, majority of Indonesian publishers will terminate their partnerships with Dable and this change will impact advertisersโ spending and performance.
Please read below for detailed guidance regarding this change.
1.
For domestic clients targeting only Indonesia with accounts created through Dable Indonesia
Entire remaining balance excluding the promotional amount will be refunded without any additional fee (*Please apply for a refund through a Dable representative by January 31st, 2023.)
2.
For cross-country (xbc) clients targeting other regions outside of Indonesia with accounts created through Dable Indonesia
Please contact ad-xbc@dable.io to receive assistance with new account creation and transfer of the remaining balance.
3.
For all other clients targeting other regions outside of Indonesia with accounts created through offices other than Dable Indonesia
No action is required since all Dable services will resume as usual in all markets except Indonesia and Malaysia.
